Grandma Sharon's Beef Stroganoff
1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak cubed or cut in 1/2 inch strips
3 T Spartan catsup
2 T Spartan mustard
1 can beef broth (or 4 Spartan bouillon cubes with 1 cup water)
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can Spartan mushrooms, pieces and stems, drained
1 cup sour cream
Sauté meat and onions until brown.  Fold in broth, catsup, mustard and bring to a boil.  Reduce to simmer for 30-45 minutes.
While the meat mixture is simmering, prepare rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
Just before serving, stir in the sour cream and salt and pepper to taste!
